Shipping – Panascope


We ship internationally!
Standard average delivery times are as followed, after we ship your product:
1. Canada- 5 to 8 business days 
2. United States- 5 to 8 business days
3. International- 15 to 20 days (this will depend on the location)

If you require faster shipping times, select "Express Post" with your items during checkout. Express shipping is available for domestic and international purchases. With this option, you can expect to receive your parcel within 1-3 days (Canada and US). For international orders, you can expect to receive your parcel within 4-7 days with express shipping. Tracked and non-tracked options are also available with our standard shipping. Our team will notify you with a tracking number and a receipt of your purchase. After shipment, Panascope is not responsible for delayed postal services. If you do not receive your parcel within 35 days, please contact Panascope for assistance. Recipients are responsible for any taxes and custom fees as regulated with their homeland. Panascope is not responsible for these fees.


Due to hygienic purposes, refunds will not be accepted. If for any reason, your contact lenses are damaged, mismatched, broken, torn or the wrong prescription, please contact Panascope at or call our office at 1-(450)-987-2157. We will be happy to assist you.

All toric lenses for astigmatism are custom orders that are manufactured according to specification. Therefore, time is need in advance before the arrival of your contacts. Manufacturing time can vary from 25 to 30 days. Due to the  lengthy time and the incurred costs of manufacturing custom lenses, refunds are not guaranteed. To avoid any complications, please ensure your correct prescription values are inputed, and you allocate enough time for your order.
